A 16.0 mm across flats spanner with PVC handle intended for use on VAG vehicles (predominantly Volkswagen) utilising the 1.4 TSI engines. The cranked spanner is required for releasing tension on the auxiliary drive belt, which is achieved by rotating the engines' spring loaded belt tensioner away from the belt. Equivalent to OEM T10447
